Namo Aryataraye (藏文：ན་མ་ཨ་ཏྱ་ཏཱ་རཱ་ཡཻ，梵文天城體：नम आर्य तारयै，梵文羅馬擬音：nama ārya tāraye， 漢語字面意思：Homage to Arya Tara). For those who wish to practice the venerable Singha Nada Tara, first take refuge and generate bodhicitta, then purify emptiness with Svabhava. From within emptiness, on a lotus and moon seat, visualize the essence of your own awareness as a green 'Tam' syllable (藏文：ཏཱཾ，梵文天城體：ताम्，梵文羅馬擬音：tāṃ，漢語字面意思：Tam). From it, radiate light, purifying the impure outer and inner worlds. Gather the light back, and transform yourself into the venerable one, with a body color of blue-green, one face and two arms. The right hand grants supreme blessings, and the left hand holds the stem of an Utpala flower with the thumb and forefinger, blossoming near the ear. Adorned with various precious ornaments, the right leg is extended, and the left leg is drawn in. Dressed in various silks as an upper garment and skirt, peaceful, smiling, and charming, with a backdrop of the moon. At her crown is 'Om' (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城體：ओम्，梵文羅馬擬音：oṃ，漢語字面意思：Om), at her throat is 'Ah' (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城體：आः，梵文羅馬擬音：āḥ，漢語字面意思：Ah), and at her heart is 'Hum' (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城體：हुँ，梵文羅馬擬音：hūṃ，漢語字面意思：Hum). From these syllables, radiate light, and all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas appear in the form of the venerable one, merging into her. Recite 'Ja Hum Bam Hoh' (藏文：ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བཾ་ཧོཿ，梵文天城體：जः हुं वं होः，梵文羅馬擬音：jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ hoḥ，漢語字面意思：Ja Hum Bam Hoh), becoming inseparable. Then, invite the deities of empowerment by reciting 'Vajra Samaja,' and request empowerment with 'Abhishincantu Mam.' Be empowered by the water of the vase, filling the body and purifying impurities. The remaining water rises up, crowned by Amoghasiddhi. Meditate in this way for a long time. During breaks, engage in mantra recitation: On the moon mandala at the heart, visualize the 'Tam' syllable surrounded by the ten letters of the root mantra, arranged as if facing inward. Focus on this and recite it many times. By relying on this practice, one will temporarily be saved from the eight fears, and ultimately attain the state of the venerable one. Also, if you wish to receive accomplishments through the method of front generation, 8-16-1a Then in the sky in front, generate the deity as before, and then recite the seven-branch offering such as 'Venerable Arya Tara,' and praise her well with the Twenty-One Taras Praise. Focus on the mantra garland at the heart of the front generation, and recite the ten-letter mantra many times, thereby inspiring the mindstream of the deity. Offer a mandala, and then make aspiration prayers with 'Venerable Bhagavati,' etc. This is mainly done for the benefit of others, as it is said: 'By reciting two, three, or seven times,' these benefits will arise. This was also done at Narthang Monastery, at the request of the centurion Sherab Zangpo.
