【English Translation】 《The Benefits of Confession - Dispelling All Obscurations》 Homage! On the summit of the snow mountain of pure goodness and virtuous teachings, in the dancing place of those with supreme wisdom and the ten powers, upon the flowing tresses that fully display the profound meaning of liberation, I pay homage to the one who spreads various feasts of joy! 【現代漢語翻譯】 以極度勝利的驕傲所引發的罪惡。 以徹底壓制的榮耀所誹謗的罪惡。 以照亮一切的榮耀，隨喜他人所作之罪惡。 以珍寶蓮花的徹底壓制，積累違背佛法的罪業。 如來珍寶蓮花安住其中，我向佛陀山王之王頂禮！ 唸誦此句的利益，能清凈所有違背誓言的罪惡。此乃阿底峽尊者從經中彙集，來源可靠，利益巨大，故應無間斷地懺悔罪業。經常宣講懺悔的利益是：愿自他父母親友及已故之人，皆能從惡趣輪迴的痛苦中解脫，迅速獲得無上圓滿的佛果！此乃依噶當派之精要典籍，由薩迦派阿旺貢噶索南所書。愿此善業增長廣大！ 根據堪欽阿貝仁波切的意願，由古汝提供服務。
【English Translation】 Sins arising from extreme victory and pride. Sins slandered by the glory of complete suppression. Sins of rejoicing in the misdeeds of others, through the glory of illuminating all. Sins of accumulating actions that abandon the Dharma, through the complete suppression of the precious lotus. The Tathagata, the precious lotus dwells within, I prostrate to the King of the Buddhas, the King of Mountains! The benefit of reciting this is that it purifies all sins of breaking vows. This was compiled by Jowo Je (Atisha) from the sutras, so its source is reliable and its benefits are great, therefore, confess transgressions without interruption. The benefit of constantly teaching confession is: May myself, others, parents, relatives, and the deceased, all be liberated from the suffering of evil realms and samsara, and quickly attain the supreme and perfect Buddhahood!
