【English Translation】 If the karma of sentient beings cannot be changed, and karmic retribution is bound to fall upon them when it ripens, then what is the use of your compassionate protection? If you cannot protect the Dharma and sustain the world, then where are your original promises and vows? Your powerful strength will also be diminished. Will you not become a betrayer of the root and lineage gurus? If you do not have the power to protect even this place, then wouldn't Padmasambhava's command to protect the temples of Tibet, even just a little bit, become as useless as an overturned mirror? If you do not liberate those who harm the Dharma, then how can you be the leader of all the arrogant ones? Do you not have the power and ability to subdue the three thousand worlds? Then what is the use of your wrathful roar? Therefore, please accept these samaya substances, offerings, and tormas (Torma, a type of offering). For all the oath-breakers, enemies, and those with wrong views, both visible and invisible, internal and external, you have the power to overcome anything. Please swiftly punish them with fierce actions. Do not establish measurements in empty space, do not sow time in the afterlife, do not waste effort on naturally established birth and death, and do not impose the term 'karma is powerful'. Please swiftly accomplish the entrusted tasks. May the Buddha's teachings and their upholders flourish, and may this world be filled with peace and happiness. In particular, may the unchanging, spontaneously accomplished foundation, the Sangha and its followers, thrive and prosper. May the Sutra and Tantra Dharma increase like a summer ocean, may all wishes be fulfilled according to the Dharma, and please accomplish the task of cutting off the negative forces from their roots.
