Born into his lineage, upholding his tradition, the one who calls himself Jangmey, Bhusuku, named Madman Ngagwang Kunga Lodro, Sangye Tenpai Gyaltsen Pal Zangpo, upholding the command of the venerable Lord of Power. This letter is widely conveyed to all places, but there are many deaths and demons, especially in the Gyama area, where many of the dead are reborn as demons, and with false magical powers, harm sentient beings and the environment, causing the decline of happiness in this life and in the long term for oneself and others. Therefore, from now on, you must stop such harm and instead provide assistance. If you disobey, the severe punishment of the Yogic Empowerment Holder will come. To all harm-doers in the past, present, and future of Longtsa Lhoba: This person has taken refuge in the Three Jewels. I, the Vajradhara, have also mastered the protective wheel of the great accomplished Virupa. Therefore, do not cause any form of harm or infringement to this person's property, livestock, houses, fields, power, etc., in short, to all their possessions, and ensure their peace and happiness. If there is any violation, the severe punishment of the Yoga Lord will descend, do not bring it upon yourselves. This letter is written from the Pal Dechen Chokhor Labrang (Glorious Great Bliss Dharma Wheel), be aware of the above.
