【English Translation】 From the four directions, I praise the mighty Tsen (Tibetan: བཙན་, a type of spirit) and Yama, the King of Death, Te'urang (Tibetan: ཐེའུ་རང་, a type of deity), and the flesh-eating Rakshasis, the fierce Rahu and the demonic armies, together with their retinues. Thus, to the oath-bound ones, the masters of great power who do not transgress the commands of the Buddhas, the ocean of beings, please accept these actual offerings and mind-emanated offering clouds, and accomplish the entrusted activities of me, the mantra holder. Wishing to widely propagate the Buddha's teachings in general, and especially the precious teachings of the Sakya school, I, the yogi, have a supremely pure intention, but due to the evil thoughts and cruel actions of beings in this degenerate age, I am repeatedly harmed in various ways. May the oath-bound protectors be mindful of this. I, the vidyadhara, have committed no wrong, as is known by those with the eye of wisdom. Therefore, in accordance with the commands of the root and lineage gurus, may the oath-bound ones increase your power and forces, and swiftly reveal the signs of those who have broken their vows. If these signs do not appear now, will it not contradict your previous oaths? Do not be negligent, do not be negligent, assembly of Dharma protectors! Punish, punish, punish with a fierce army! Let the heart's blood of the vow-breaking enemies spill onto the ground, sever their life force, and consume their flesh and bones. The time has come, protectors, arise to action! Accomplish the entrusted activities right now!
