【現代漢語翻譯】 《圓滿正等覺之理與行持具足》 嗡 斯瓦斯諦 阿瑜 嘉納 悉地 麥 札 亞擦。（藏文：ཨོཾ་སྭསྟི་ཨ་ཡུ་ཛྙཱ་ན་སིདྡྷི་མེ་པྲ་ཡཙྪ།，梵文天城體：ओṃ स्वस्ति आयुर्ज्ञानसिद्धि मे प्रयच्छ，梵文羅馬擬音：oṃ svasti āyurjñānasiddhi me prayaccha，漢語字面意思：嗡，吉祥！壽命、智慧、成就，請賜予我！） 祈願世尊、應供、正遍知、圓滿正等覺、具足明行足、善逝、知世間、調御丈夫、無上士、天人師、怙主無量壽與智慧、殊勝極度決定之光輝王，與恩重根本上師無二之蓮足前，我施主等為首，乃至虛空邊際一切眾生，皆頂禮、皈依！祈請垂念攝受！ 祈願依仗塑造世尊無死自在之身像，令總的佛法與特別是杰尊薩迦派之珍寶教法，得以興盛、廣大、恒久住世，並祈願一切持教大德，特別是於我具大恩德之根本上師金剛持等，于輪迴未空之際，蓮足永固、事業廣大，僧團興盛，顯密講修之流不斷，從而令教法與眾生獲得無量利益安樂。 祈願廣大國土中，息滅疾病、饑荒、戰爭、動亂、地震、霜雹、國王之懲罰等非時死，以及一切災難，令一切生靈人財物三者如圓滿具足之時般增長，於一切時處皆能閃耀安樂祥瑞之光輝！ 特別是，祈願我施主索南偉瑟（功德光芒）及其眷屬，從無始輪迴以來所積之罪障、惡業，特別是導致非時死之業障及其習氣，皆得以清凈！ 祈願壽命、福德、財富、權勢、聞思修功德一切增長廣大，令暫時與究竟之利益皆如意成就，成為遍佈虛空一切眾生之怙主救護，以隨順所化之化身，于輪迴未空之際，恒常不斷地利益有情！ 伊當 夏薩 南匝 薩瓦 哈多 巴瓦圖。（藏文：ཨི་དཾ་ཤཱ་ས་ནཉྩ་སཏྭ་ཧི་ཏོ་བྷ་ཝནྟུ།，梵文天城體：इदं शासनञ्च सत्त्वहितो भवन्तु，梵文羅馬擬音：idaṃ śāsanañca sattvahito bhavantu，漢語字面意思：愿此教法利益眾生！） 應自近處之久隆巴之勸請，薩迦巴 貢嘎洛哲，于鐵羊年 卓沃辛月之初二撰寫。
【English Translation】 《The Fully Enlightened Buddha Possessing Reason and Conduct》 Oṃ Svasti Āyurjñānasiddhi Me Prayaccha. (藏文：ཨོཾ་སྭསྟི་ཨ་ཡུ་ཛྙཱ་ན་སིདྡྷི་མེ་པྲ་ཡཙྪ།，梵文天城體：ओṃ स्वस्ति आयुर्ज्ञानसिद्धि मे प्रयच्छ，梵文羅馬擬音：oṃ svasti āyurjñānasiddhi me prayaccha，Literal meaning: Om, auspicious! Longevity, wisdom, and accomplishment, please grant me!) I and all beings as vast as the sky, led by the patrons of generosity, prostrate and take refuge in the feet of the Bhagavan, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Samyaksambuddha, perfect in knowledge and conduct, the Sugata, the Knower of the World, the Tamer of Men, the unsurpassed, the Teacher of Gods and Men, the Protector of Immeasurable Life and Wisdom, the King of Splendor who is exceedingly definite, and inseparable from the kind root guru! Please hold us with compassion! By relying on the creation of the image of the Bhagavan, the Lord of Immortality, may the general doctrine of the Buddha and the specific precious doctrine of the Jetsun Sakyapas flourish, increase, and remain for a long time. May the holy great beings who uphold the doctrine in general, and in particular, my kind root guru, the great Vajradhara, have stable feet and expanding activities until samsara is empty. May the Sangha increase, and may the streams of explanation and practice of Sutra and Tantra be uninterrupted, so that immeasurable benefit and happiness may arise for the doctrine and beings. May diseases, famine, war, turmoil, earthquakes, hail, royal punishments, and other untimely deaths, as well as all adversities, not occur in the vast realm. May all beings increase in the three things—people, wealth, and resources—as in a time of complete abundance, and may the glory of well-being shine in all times and places! In particular, may all the sins and obscurations accumulated from beginningless samsara by me, the patron of generosity Sonam Ozer (Merit Rays), and my entourage, and especially the karmic obscurations and habitual tendencies that cause untimely death, be purified! May life, merit, wealth, power, and all qualities of learning and realization increase and expand, so that temporary and ultimate goals are accomplished as desired. May I become the protector and refuge of all beings pervading the sky, and may the benefit of beings arise continuously through emanations that tame beings as long as samsara exists!
