【現代漢語翻譯】 修心教言集LJ17大乘宗的怨恨調伏 1-194 大乘宗的怨恨調伏 大乘宗的怨恨調伏。向諸位菩薩頂禮！無論人或非人等任何有情眾生，如果結下血仇，不願將菩提心修於此人，則無法轉為菩提心，因此怨恨調伏的訣竅是：于舒適的坐墊上，以任何舒適的姿勢安坐，以強烈的慈悲心策勵。觀想自己的心中空空蕩蕩，而那個血仇之人就在其中。觀想在此人的懷中，有與自己本尊身形完全相同的一個，心、口、額頭、雙手都緊緊相擁。觀想在自己的頭頂梵穴處，阿字（藏文：ཨ，梵文天城體：अ，梵文羅馬擬音：a，漢語字面意思：無）化為月輪，其上端坐著金剛薩埵（Vajrasattva），身色潔白，一面二臂，右手持金剛杵（藏文：རྡོ་རྗེ，梵文天城體：वज्र，梵文羅馬擬音：vajra，漢語字面意思：金剛），置於胸前，左手持鈴置於腰際，以各種珍寶嚴飾，以菩薩跏趺坐姿安坐，雙足的拇指觸及自己的梵穴。觀想在其心間，阿字（藏文：ཨ，梵文天城體：अ，梵文羅馬擬音：a，漢語字面意思：無）化為月輪，其上有一個白色金剛杵，以吽字（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城體：हुं，梵文羅馬擬音：hūṃ，漢語字面意思：種子字）標示。唸誦百字明咒，觀想所有佛和菩薩的心，即是金剛薩埵，其心即是菩提心，是慈悲的本體。 1-195 形態如甘露，如乳汁一般，從金剛杵和吽字（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城體：हुं，梵文羅馬擬音：hūṃ，漢語字面意思：種子字）中降下，從雙足的拇指處滴落。從自己的梵穴進入，融入心間的形體中。由此，從無始以來的血仇、邪魔、害心、競爭心、嫉妒心全部得以凈化，觀想此人如父母兄弟一般。結束時，金剛薩埵從頭頂融入，觀想自他一切如同虛空般平等。此乃大乘修心之甚深訣竅。
【English Translation】 Mind Training Teachings Collection LJ17: Enmity Transformation According to the Mahayana Tradition 1-194 Enmity Transformation According to the Mahayana Tradition Enmity Transformation According to the Mahayana Tradition. Homage to all Bodhisattvas! If one has formed a blood feud with any sentient being, whether human or non-human, and is unwilling to apply the mind of Bodhichitta to that person, then it cannot be transformed into Bodhichitta. Therefore, the essential instruction for transforming enmity is: Sit comfortably on a comfortable seat, in whatever posture is comfortable, and be motivated by strong loving-kindness and compassion. Visualize that your heart is empty, and that the object of your blood feud is present within it. Visualize that in this person's embrace, there is a form of your Yidam deity identical to yourself, with heart, mouth, forehead, and hands tightly embracing. Visualize at the crown of your head, above a lunar disc formed from the letter A (藏文：ཨ，梵文天城體：अ，梵文羅馬擬音：a，漢語字面意思：無), Vajrasattva, white in color, with one face and two arms, the right hand holding a vajra (藏文：རྡོ་རྗེ，梵文天城體：वज्र，梵文羅馬擬音：vajra，漢語字面意思：金剛) at the heart, the left hand holding a bell at the hip, adorned with all ornaments, seated in the posture of a Bodhisattva, with the toes of his feet touching your fontanel. Visualize at his heart, above a lunar disc formed from the letter A (藏文：ཨ，梵文天城體：अ，梵文羅馬擬音：a，漢語字面意思：無), a white vajra marked with the letter Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城體：हुं，梵文羅馬擬音：hūṃ，漢語字面意思：種子字). By reciting the Hundred Syllable Mantra, visualize that the hearts of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas are Vajrasattva, and that his heart is the mind of Bodhichitta, the essence of loving-kindness and compassion. 1-195 In the form of nectar, like milk, descending from the vajra and the letter Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城體：हुं，梵文羅馬擬音：hūṃ，漢語字面意思：種子字), dripping from the toes of his feet. Entering through your fontanel, it dissolves into the form in your heart. Thus, all blood feuds, evil spirits, harmful intentions, competitive minds, and jealousy from beginningless time are purified, and visualize this person as being like your parents and siblings. At the end, Vajrasattva dissolves into you from the crown of your head, and meditate that self and others are equal in suchness, like the sky. This is the profound essential instruction of Mahayana mind training.
