【現代漢語翻譯】 昂旺袞嘎索南教言集ANK94《怖畏金剛成就法·令劣慧者歡喜》 《怖畏金剛成就法·令劣慧者歡喜》 頂禮 गुरु बुद्ध ध्वज（Guru Buddha Dhvaja，上師佛幢）！欲修閻魔敵·怖畏金剛者，當行皈依、發心之簡法，修習四無量心，誦 स्वाभाव（svabhāva，自性）咒，觀想自身之蘊、界、處皆無自性而空。于空性中，由 པྃ（paṃ，班）字生蓮花，由 ཨྃ（aṃ，阿）字生太陽，于其上由 ཧཱུྃ（hūṃ，吽）字生閻魔敵·怖畏金剛，一面二臂，右持人頭杖，杖上標幟黃色濕人頭，左手持滿血顱器擁抱明妃。齜牙咧嘴，捲舌，具三目，髮髻黃色朝上豎立，著虎皮裙，以八大龍王為飾，以一百五十滴血人頭為項鍊，以五干顱為頭飾，坐于紅色水牛之上，左腿伸展。于其額間有 ཨོཾ（oṃ，嗡）字，喉間有 ཨཱཿ（āḥ，阿）字，心間有 ཧཱུྃ（hūṃ，吽）字。心間 ཧཱུྃ（hūṃ，吽）字放光，迎請十方諸如來化為閻魔敵·怖畏金剛，融入自身，唸誦 ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བཾ་ཧོཿ（oṃ vajra samājaḥ jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ hoḥ，嗡 班雜 薩瑪扎 雜 吽 班 霍）。復從心間放光，迎請五部灌頂本尊及其眷屬，唸誦 ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ（oṃ vajra samājaḥ，嗡 班雜 薩瑪扎）。 祈請一切如來賜予我灌頂。唸誦 ཨོཾ་བཛྲི་བྷཱ་ཝ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ།（oṃ vajrī bhāva abhiṣiñca hūṃ，嗡 班則 婆哇 阿比辛恰 吽），諸佛以寶瓶之水從頂門灌頂，充滿全身，清凈業障，剩餘之水化為不動佛為頂嚴。自身心間之種子字放光，上供諸佛菩薩，下利有情眾生，祈請諸佛菩薩之慈悲加持融入自身，令自相續獲得加持。如是念誦並觀想：ཨོཾ་ཧྲཱིཿཥྚིཿཝི་ཊི་ཏཱ་ན་ན་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ྄་ཕཊ྄་སྭཱཧཱ།（oṃ hrīḥ ṣṭiḥ viṭi tānana hūṃ phaṭ phaṭ svāhā，嗡 舍 什地 威地 達那那 吽 啪 啪 梭哈） ཨོཾ་ཡ་མནྟ་ཀ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ྄།（oṃ yamāntaka hūṃ phaṭ，嗡 亞曼達嘎 吽 啪）。盡力唸誦。若修近分，則兩種咒語皆誦四百萬遍等，隨力而行。欲出定時，祈請世尊賜予我及一切眾產生就之分。自身心間放光，將座墊化為光蘊，融入自身。迴向善根。
【English Translation】 Collected Teachings of Ngawang Kunga Sonam, ANK94: 'The Method of Accomplishing Red Yamari, Delight for the Less Intelligent'. 'The Method of Accomplishing Red Yamari, Delight for the Less Intelligent'. Namo Guru Buddha Dhvajaye (Homage to the Guru Buddha Banner)! Those who wish to meditate on Yamari, the Red Destroyer of Death, should perform a concise refuge and bodhicitta, meditate on the four immeasurables, and recite the Svabhava mantra. All of one's own aggregates, elements, and sense bases are devoid of inherent existence and become empty. From the state of emptiness, from པྃ (paṃ, seed syllable) arises a lotus, from ཨྃ (aṃ, seed syllable) arises a sun, and upon them, from ཧཱུྃ (hūṃ, seed syllable) arises Yamari, the Red Destroyer of Death, with one face and two arms. The right hand holds aloft a white staff marked with a yellow, freshly severed human head, while the left hand holds a skull cup filled with blood, embracing the consort who is the light of his own awareness. His fangs are bared, his tongue is curled, and he possesses three red, round eyes. His yellow hair is styled upwards. He wears a tiger skin loincloth, is adorned with the eight great nagas, and wears a garland of one hundred and fifty dripping heads. Five dry skulls adorn his head. He sits upon a red buffalo with his left leg extended. At his forehead is ཨོཾ (oṃ, seed syllable), at his throat is ཨཱཿ (āḥ, seed syllable), and at his heart is ཧཱུྃ (hūṃ, seed syllable). From the ཧཱུྃ (hūṃ, seed syllable) at his heart, rays of light emanate, inviting all the Tathagatas of the ten directions to manifest as Yamari, the Red Destroyer of Death, and dissolve into him, reciting ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བཾ་ཧོཿ (oṃ vajra samājaḥ jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ hoḥ, Om Vajra Samaja, Dza Hum Bam Hoh). Again, from his heart, rays of light emanate, inviting the five families of empowerment deities along with their retinues, reciting ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ (oṃ vajra samājaḥ, Om Vajra Samaja). I beseech all the Tathagatas to bestow upon me the empowerment. Recite ཨོཾ་བཛྲི་བྷཱ་ཝ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ། (oṃ vajrī bhāva abhiṣiñca hūṃ, Om Vajri Bhava Abhisincha Hum), and they speak, empowering you from the crown of your head with the water of a vase. Your body is filled, impurities are cleansed, and the remaining water rises upwards, with Akshobhya adorning your head. From the seed syllable at your heart, rays of light emanate, making offerings to the noble ones and benefiting sentient beings. All the compassion, blessings, power, and abilities of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas are invited in the form of light and dissolve into you, indivisibly, blessing your being. Recite and contemplate this, ཨོཾ་ཧྲཱིཿཥྚིཿཝི་ཊི་ཏཱ་ན་ན་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ྄་ཕཊ྄་སྭཱཧཱ། (oṃ hrīḥ ṣṭiḥ viṭi tānana hūṃ phaṭ phaṭ svāhā, Om Hrih Shti Viti Tanana Hum Phet Phet Svaha) ཨོཾ་ཡ་མནྟ་ཀ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ྄། (oṃ yamāntaka hūṃ phaṭ, Om Yamantaka Hum Phet). Recite as much as you can. If you are doing the approach retreat, recite both mantras four hundred thousand times, or as much as you can accomplish. When you wish to rise from the session, pray to the Bhagavan to bestow upon you and all sentient beings the fortune of accomplishments. From your heart, rays of light emanate, transforming the seat into a form of light, which then dissolves into you. Dedicate the merit.

【現代漢語翻譯】 以此迅速令我，成就閻魔死主之威德，將一切有情眾生，安置於彼之境地。如是等等，作清凈之迴向與發願，於一切行住坐臥之中，不離本尊之慢，觀想一切器情世間為所依與能依之自性，以如法之行持度日安住。 如是閻魔死主之，修法此乃薩迦派，昂旺貢噶索南所，書寫祈願天神所攝受。如是于蛇年七月初五日，於四大殿中，拉章之紅宮大殿中，於法王八思巴仁波切之蓮花寶座前，迅速抄寫之書寫者乃東嘎巴精通醫術之桑波頓欽所為。吉祥！一切吉祥！ 依止堪欽阿貝仁波切之意願，由古汝侍奉。
【English Translation】 May I swiftly, through this, attain the glorious power of Yama, the Lord of Death, and may I place each and every sentient being, without exception, upon that very ground. Thus and so forth, make pure dedications and aspirations, and in all activities, never separate from the pride of the deity, visualizing all containers and contents as the nature of support and supported, and spend time abiding with Dharma-conforming conduct. Thus, this practice of Yama, the Lord of Death, was written by Ngawang Kunga Sonam of the Sakya school. May the deities embrace it! Thus, on the fifth day of the seventh month of the snake year, in the great red assembly hall of the Labrang, before the lotus throne of Chogyal Phagpa Rinpoche (the precious noble one, king of Dharma), this was quickly copied. The scribe was Donggapa Sampa Dondhen, an expert in medicine. Auspicious! Sarva Mangalam! According to the wishes of Khenchen Aped Rinpoche, it was served by Guru.
