【現代漢語翻譯】 昂旺袞嘎羅卓教言集NKL65，標題為「མགོ་ཟླའི་བཀའ་འགྱུར་བཅའ་ཚོ་བཞུགས་སོ།།」（《མགོ་ཟླའི་བཀའ་འགྱུར་བཅའ་ཚོ་བཞུགས་སོ།།》） མགོ་ཟླའི་བཀའ་འགྱུར་བཅའ་ཚོ་བཞུགས་སོ།།（《མགོ་ཟླའི་བཀའ་འགྱུར་བཅའ་ཚོ་བཞུགས་སོ།།》） མགོ་ཟླའི་བཀའ་འགྱུར་བཅའ་ཚོ་བཞུགས་སོ།།（《མགོ་ཟླའི་བཀའ་འགྱུར་བཅའ་ཚོ་བཞུགས་སོ།།》） 敬請功德圓滿的僧眾垂聽！持咒法王所立之規，總集一切學處。大眾共修，于藏曆十一月（མགོ་ཟླ་བ།）初一至初十，為息滅教法總的以及個別而言，上師講修所遇之違緣與不順，每日午前誦經，唸誦《般若波羅蜜多心經》與《驅魔回遮儀軌》，午後主要念誦《政教合一祈願文》與《護法神祈請文》等祈禱文，以及《二十一度母贊》，《般若波羅蜜多心經》與《驅魔回遮儀軌》，務必盡力而爲。此後，此傳統日漸衰微，今年起重新恢復。全知阿彌陀佛（འཇམ་མགོན་ཨ་མེས་ཞབས་ཀྱིས།）曾開許于藏曆十一月初一至初五提前進行。屆時，解除禁錮，午前唸誦皈依發心等前行儀軌，並誦讀《經部》（མདོ་ཚར།）一遍，《驅魔回遮儀軌》三遍，以及結尾吉祥偈，以此祈願。午後，如儀軌開篇所述之法行儀軌，自今年起應持續進行。于土虎年十月三十日。
【English Translation】 NKL65 Teachings of Ngawang Kunga Lodro, titled 'མགོ་ཟླའི་བཀའ་འགྱུར་བཅའ་ཚོ་བཞུགས་སོ།།' (Instructions for the 'མགོ་ཟླའི་བཀའ་འགྱུར་བཅའ་ཚོ་བཞུགས་སོ།།') 'མགོ་ཟླའི་བཀའ་འགྱུར་བཅའ་ཚོ་བཞུགས་སོ།།' (Instructions for the 'མགོ་ཟླའི་བཀའ་འགྱུར་བཅའ་ཚོ་བཞུགས་སོ།།') 'མགོ་ཟླའི་བཀའ་འགྱུར་བཅའ་ཚོ་བཞུགས་སོ།།' (Instructions for the 'མགོ་ཟླའི་བཀའ་འགྱུར་བཅའ་ཚོ་བཞུགས་སོ།།') Please listen, virtuous Sangha! According to the rules established by the Mantra-holding Dharma King, which encompass all disciplines, during the eleventh month (མགོ་ཟླ་བ།) from the first to the tenth day, in order to pacify all obstacles and unfavorable conditions that may hinder the general and specific teachings, as well as the activities of the Abbot and disciples, in the morning, recitation of scriptures, the 'Heart Sutra' and the 'Demon Repelling Ritual' should be performed. In the afternoon, mainly the 'Prayer for Political and Religious Unity' and the 'Prayer to the Dharma Kings', along with other prayers, the 'Twenty-One Taras', the 'Heart Sutra' and the 'Demon Repelling Ritual' should be performed as much as possible. Later, this tradition declined, but from this year onwards, it will be revived. Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo (འཇམ་མགོན་ཨ་མེས་ཞབས་ཀྱིས།) permitted the advancement of the 'Kangyur' recitation from the first to the fifth day of the eleventh month. At that time, after resolving the restrictions, in the morning, preliminary practices such as taking refuge and generating Bodhicitta should be recited, along with one recitation of the 'Sutra Section' (མདོ་ཚར།), three recitations of the 'Demon Repelling Ritual', and the concluding auspicious verses. In the afternoon, the Dharma practice should be conducted as described in the opening book of the ritual, and this should be continued regularly from this year onwards.
