【現代漢語翻譯】 昂旺袞嘎索南教言集ANK106《勝樂金剛父母雙運遷識法，一脈相承黃金教法口訣，瑪爾巴譯師之語，薩欽記錄之修行精髓》。 皈依上師三寶后，修持遷識法。 觀想自身為金剛瑜伽母，前方頭頂珍寶座上，蓮花日輪墊上，根本上師，化現為勝樂金剛赫魯嘎（Heruka），勇父空行眾圍繞。 迎請根本傳承上師眾，十方諸佛，融入自身。從自身頂輪至臍間，中脈紅色，粗細如箭桿。 密處風輪搖動，中脈下端，臍下日輪之上，自心化為空行母，一指節大小，清晰安住，諸天天女以彩虹傘等，樂器之聲供養，降下花雨。 下氣上提，密處風輪搖動，自心瑜伽母隨呼吸外出，經由中脈，從頂輪推出，融入上師心間，自身吸氣時，從上師心間降下，到達臍間。此處持寶瓶氣。如此反覆修習，瑜伽母安住于臍間，經由中脈，到達心間，與上師赫魯嘎，在此相遇安住。 如此修持，我獲得空行凈土之果位，引領一切眾生至彼。行事之時，自心瑜伽母融入上師赫魯嘎后，觀想赫魯嘎前往空行凈土。自心瑜伽母不再下降，將以上詞句稍作修改，融入心間，隨即前往空行凈土。如是說，融入上師赫魯嘎心間，無二無別融合。以花雨、彩虹、傘蓋、樂器之聲等，觀想前往空行凈土。此乃薩迦派阿旺袞噶所書。 堪欽阿貝仁波切依師之言。
【English Translation】 The Collection of Teachings by Ngawang Kunga Sonam ANK106: The Single-Lineage Golden Dharma Instructions on the Transference of Consciousness in the Union of Heruka and Vajrayogini, Recorded by Sachen from the Words of Marpa Lotsawa: The Essence of Practice. Taking refuge in the Three Jewels and the Guru, meditate on the transference of consciousness. Visualize yourself as Vajrayogini. On a precious throne in front, above a lotus and sun disc, is the root guru, manifested as Chakrasamvara Heruka, surrounded by a host of heroes and dakinis. Invite the assembly of root and lineage gurus, and all the Buddhas of the ten directions, to dissolve into yourself. From the crown of your head to the navel, the central channel is red, as thick as an arrow shaft. The wind-wheel at the secret place stirs. At the lower end of the central channel, above the sun disc below the navel, your own mind transforms into a dakini, the size of a finger joint, clearly abiding. The goddesses offer rainbows, umbrellas, and other things, with the sound of musical instruments, and rain down flowers. Drawing up the lower wind, the wind-wheel at the secret place stirs. Your own mind, the yogini, follows the breath as it goes out, through the central channel, pushed out from the crown of the head, dissolving into the guru's heart. When you inhale, it descends from the guru's heart, arriving at the navel. Here, hold the vase breath. Practice this repeatedly, and the yogini abides at the navel, travels through the central channel, arriving at the heart, where she meets and abides with the guru Heruka. By meditating in this way, may I attain the state of the Dakini Land and lead all beings there. When acting, as soon as your own mind, the yogini, dissolves into the guru Heruka, visualize Heruka going to the Dakini Land. Your own mind, the yogini, no longer descends. Slightly modify the above words, dissolving into the heart, and immediately go to the Dakini Land. Thus, say, dissolving into the guru Heruka's heart, merging inseparably. Visualize going to the Dakini Land with a rain of flowers, rainbows, umbrellas, the sound of musical instruments, and so on. This was written by Sakya Ngawang Kunga.
