When reciting the mantra for blessing the offerings like a hundredfold practice, around it, recite: 'By the power of this mantra, may the life, merit, and wisdom of the benefactor increase, Om Ayu Punya Jnana Pushtim Kuru'. Instantly transforming oneself into the Holy Tara, if there is an object of meditation, or if not, in ordinary appearance, purify with Amrita (ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ，Amrita，Sanskrit transliteration: amrita，immortality), cleanse with Svabhava (སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ，Sva-bhāva，Sanskrit transliteration: svabhāva，self-nature).
